To prevent any copyright infringement I used a “Royalty Free/Uncopyrighted” song for background on my video. Websites like uncopyrightedmusic.net, and Youtube channels like NoCopyrightSounds and Music You Deserve have playlists of songs you can use for background music in your videos without infringing any copyright laws.
